Over the Easter period, our team will be here to support you with a reduced service.
Support Hours
Our support team will operate Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding Good Friday 3rd April and Easter Monday 6th April. Please note that response times may be slightly longer than usual during this period.
Prescription Requests
If you require a prescription before the Easter break , please submit your request by Monday 30th March to give the best chance of delivery before the bank holiday weekend.
Blood Samples
Please ensure blood samples are posted no later than 31st March to avoid postal delays and potential issues with sample viability.
Review Consultations
Review consultations will be unavailable on Good Friday 3rd April and Easter Monday 6th April.
Normal services will resume on Tuesday 7th April.
