How to order or refill prescriptions

 

1. Log In to Your Account:

   • Access your account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to 'Prescription Requests':

   • Click on the "Repeat Prescriptions" section.

3. Fill Out the Request Form:

   • Provide details of the medication you need, including dosage and any relevant information.
   • Be sure to upload blood results if you have any recent blood results that have not been reviewed

4. Submit the Form:

   • Once completed, submit the form for review.

5. Doctor Review & Approval

   • Our clinicians will review your request. If necessary, you may be asked to book a review appointment.

6. Receive Your Medication

   • If approved, your prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy for delivery.
