Support Hours
Our support team will operate MondayโFriday, 9amโ5pm, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Yearโs Day. Please note that response times may be slightly longer than usual during this period.
Prescription Requests
If you require a prescription before January, please submit your request by 15th December to give the best chance of delivery before Christmas. While weโll do our best to process requests promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery during this period due to external factors such as Royal Mail delays.
Blood Samples
Please ensure blood samples are posted no later than 22nd December to avoid postal delays and potential issues with sample viability.
Review Consultations
Review consultations will be unavailable on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Yearโs Day, with limited availability from 22nd December.
Normal services will resume on Monday 5th January.
